Nothing pairs better than peach and bourbon in the summer! It is the perfect drink to cool off in the hot sun or enjoy under the stars next to a bonfire.
Serving Size: One Cocktail (Note: this recipe can be scaled up and stirred in a pitcher instead)
Ingredients:
- 2 Ounces Silo Bourbon
- 1-Ounce Lemon Juice
- Bar Spoon of Blake Hill’s Naked Peach Jam
Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a shaker with a cup of ice and shake well. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of peach and mint leaves and enjoy!

This is a must-try! You can eat it by itself or add it to a bloody mary, use it as a garnish or add it into a baked pastry. The options are endless with maple candle bacon!
Ingredients:
- 1-Pound Thick Cut Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Quality Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil or use a sheet pan with a rack that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Arrange bacon in a single layer and ensure pieces are not overlapping.
- In a small bowl, combine The Maple Shop maple syrup and mustard of your choice. Spoon or brush mixture over bacon.
- Bake 20-30 minutes. After 20-30 min turn the pieces over and spoon or baste the other side.
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until bacon is well done.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with brown sugar and black pepper.
- Rest and cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

If you have never added jam to your favorite fruit crumble recipe you are missing out. This recipe is always a fan favorite at summer barbeques.
Serving Size: Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 LB Frozen Blueberries
- 4 Ounces All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Ounces Rolled Oats
- 4 Ounces Butter, Cubed and Cold
- 2 Ounces White Cane Sugar
- Blake Hill’s Wild Blueberry Preserve
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, add frozen blueberries and lightly defrost at room temperature for 2 minutes. Add 1 jar of Blake Hill’s Wild Blueberry Preserve, combine with defrosted frozen blueberries and pour into the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, add flour, oats, butter, and sugar, and squeeze ingredients together with your fingers to gradually produce crumbles (3 to 5 minutes).
- Take a handful of crumbles and very gently squeeze them together (the warmth of your palms should help the crumble “ball” gently hold its shape - like a snowball!) and place over wild blueberries in a baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and dig in!

Easy summer dinner that is seasoned to perfection in a cast-iron skillet with steamed rice, vegetables, and roasted potatoes.
Serving Size: Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 7 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Chopped Parsley (Optional)
- Blake Hill’s Naked Peach Jam
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- In a medium bowl, marinate chicken in olive oil, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat a cast-iron pan on high heat then add marinated chicken breast and cook each side for about 5 minutes until golden.
- Transfer cast iron into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165˚F.
- In a small bowl, combine white balsamic with 3 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Naked Peach Jam. Keeping chicken in the oven, pour over the jam mixture, turn the oven off, and let the chicken rest for an additional 5 minutes.
- Take chicken out of the oven, slice and serve.
